Bill Crumbleholme, the webmaster, will be running surgeries for Artwey members. Information will be given out through the Google group.
If a small group of artists can get together and arrange a suitable date and time with Bill he will come to one of their homes. An internet connection is needed. The sessions last up to 2 hours.
Members will be given their passwords and shown how to use the website's many features, editing their own entries and uploading their images into their galleries.
Do It Yourself or Who Needs An Instruction Manual?!
For members who think they can cope without the training session, Bill will email them their access codes and they can see how they get on by themselves.
The PDF file that you can download from the link below is a set of notes for users to refer to when maintaining their content on the website. This will be useful to remind members what they were shown at the surgery sessions or for DIY members who do need a little help.
